One of the most exciting weeks of the school year is upon us. From spirit week to the football game to the dance floor, this is sure to be a week full of memories.

Leading up to the fun dance this weekend, Spirit Week 2019 has officially begun. With crazy themes, students are bound to have a good time and look amazing while doing it.

Toddlers and grandparents will roam our halls Monday, while camo and vacation-themed outfits will be rampant Wednesday. On Thursday you might see double, as it’ll be twin day for freshmen and juniors and meme day for sophomores and seniors. Finishing the week, students will be decked out in either all-blue or all-white outfits to show some Crusader pride!

For those who go all-out with the themes (like everyone should!), two students from each family time will be chosen to compete for best-dressed prizes.

After the final bell on Friday rings, our Crusaders will gear up to play Father Tolton for the homecoming football game. The white-out themed stands will be loud and rowdy after the pep rally earlier in the day, so make sure you don’t miss the fun!

On Saturday, students will begin getting ready for the long-awaited homecoming dance, excited to dance the night away. The theme is “Out of This World,” and the dance begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. Student council will be selling tickets for $25 each during Empower Hour every day this week, so make sure to come buy yours. If you are bringing a guest from another school, the mandatory visitor forms are in the office.

There are so many exciting events happening this week and weekend, so make sure to check out the bulletin for more information. This homecoming is sure to be a good one, so go all-out and make Hoco 2019 the best one yet!
